The Digital interactive II is an advanced web design studio that emphasizes coding practices and broadens the understanding and knowledge of the principles required to produce responsive digital spaces successfully. As the studio’s final project, students created an interactive single-page website with content their choice.

“Bob Marley, One Journey” is a digital space that honors and celebrates him as the dynamic artist he was. The site’s narrative depicts Marley’s life from his humble beginnings in 1962 through 1981 up to his untimely tragic end.

The responsive piece discusses Marley’s political stance and fights against global systemic racism, the Reggae artist’s novel sound, his platinum record recordings, and Tuff Gong’s music business accomplishments. “One Journey’s” dynamic content is rich with beautiful color and black and white imagery relevant to Marley’s life story-engaging information.
